I installed WordPress to the client’s host server, found a free template, and customized all the categories, widgets, footers for the site.  I always research new plugins that may serve the client’s needs — in this case I suggested an “RSVP” plugin so that interested buyers could make viewing appointments and schedule open house visits.   I also edited many of the graphics in photoshop for optimal appearance in this theme, for example this strikingly elegant “tryptich” view of the interiors.
